Hi, I'm Harry

I design and build Shopify stores, start to finish.

For brands whose product is better than their store. I close that gap, so trust comes faster, people buy with less hesitation, and growth gets easier.

You could use a template, or do it yourself. It just won't be built to solve the problems your store actually has.

How it runs

One person, start to finish.

My background is graphic design: brands, type and layout. It's the lens I build Shopify stores through, and I write the code myself. No handoff, because there's no second person to hand off to.

  1. A call · free

    We talk.

You tell me where you want the store to go. I tell you what I'd do first, and whether I'm the right person to do it.

  2. Weeks 1–4

    I design.

Real pages designed around your brand and the way your customers shop. You see everything before a line of code exists.

  3. Weeks 4–10

    I build.

Hand-written Shopify theme code, not a page-builder stacked on a template, so the type renders the way I set it and the pages stay light.

    It's yours.

I hand it over documented, so you can run it yourselves from day one.

Best fit: founders who know what their brand's about and want to be involved in getting it right. Not a fit if your store's just a box to tick.

Send me your store. I'll send back three things I'd change.

Most stores go wrong in the same place: nobody thought the journey through, so buying is harder than it should be. I'll show you where yours does that. No charge, no pitch.

No mailing list. Just a reply.

The next step

Not ready to bet a whole build on me? Fair.

The Sprint is £1,500, fixed, for one deliverable. What that deliverable is, we agree together on a call, from the list below. The timeline flexes around both our schedules. If we go on to a full build, the Sprint's work rolls straight into it.

  • A homepage or hero redesign
  • A product page rework
  • Art direction for the store: type, colour and how the photography is used
  • The mobile buying journey, rethought
  • A concept for where the store goes next

How the Sprint works

Asked & answered.

The things people usually want to know before they email. If yours isn't here, just ask, I answer everything myself.

The person who'll reply.
What does a store cost?
Builds start from £5k and every quote follows a conversation, not a form. The Sprint is £1,500 fixed for one deliverable if you want to start smaller. If your budget and your ambitions don't match, I'll say so on the first call.
How long does a build take?
Most builds run six to ten weeks from first call to launch. I take on one build at a time, which is why there's a booking window rather than a start-next-week promise.
My store exists already. Can you improve it?
Yes, happily. That's what the Sprint is for: one focused improvement to the existing store, agreed together before we start. A good store that wants to be better is some of my favourite work.
I'm not on Shopify. Can you move me over?
Yes. I migrate stores from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Magento and most others: products, customers, orders, redirects and SEO all come across. A migration can stand alone, though most pair the move with a proper redesign.
Do you just do the design, or the build too?
Both, always. I design it and build it myself, so nothing gets lost between two different people.
Can't Shopify's AI build my store now?
For a first store, it'll get you a long way. What makes a store look like your brand is a lot of small decisions: what to leave out, what the photography is for, where people hesitate before they buy. That's the part I do, and I write the code that ships it.
What happens after launch?
I hand it over documented, so you can run it yourselves from day one. Or there's the Care Plan, from £350 a month: a monthly block of design and development time for updates, new sections, seasonal campaigns, and small fixes caught before they become big ones. No fixed term, keep it as long as it's useful.

Let's close the gap.

Give me a call or drop me an email, I'm always up for a chat.

Let's talk about your store.

Tell me what's on your mind, or just paste your store URL and I'll reply with three specific things I'd change. Free, no strings.

Paste it and I'll look at it first, so my reply is about your store. Want the three things I'd change? Say so below.
